1.Set a high up ponytail and hold it with a elastic band
3. Put the tip of the ponytail into the spiral disk. Then use a Stick to tick out some hair from the outerlayer of the spiral disk from the bottom. Then pull the stick up and insert it into the spiral disk. Note: make sure your hair stick will first get into the disk, then press down to go through the hair under the disk (you should be able to feel the stick is very close to the scalp), then again lift it up and little bit to come out from the other end of the disk.
You may add one more stick to secure to disk.
